Self Care WeekSelf Care Week

This week is Self-Care week, it runs from 16th-20th November, it is an annual national awareness week that focuses on supporting self-care across communities, families and generations.  We want to support our patients to look after their own health and empower individuals to self-care as this has many benefits to their short term and long term health.  Please find the link to the Self-Care page https://wolverhamptonccg.nhs.uk/your-health-services/self-care

INFORMATION ABOUT OUR FLU CLINICS

Invites  are going out  from the 5th September  Via Text message and letters from the  16th September

 

 

Patient s  over 65s clinics are starting the week beginning 23rd September

The over 65 yrs vaccine is recommended for those who become 65yr before 31.3.2020 (thus a few will still be 64 at the time)

 

At risk group from age 18yrs-64yrs is 14th October
